PRESENTATION OF THE APPLICATION<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>o2co2.io<\/strong> app, available on the App Store, is a wellness platform offering two guided breathing exercises:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cardiac coherence<\/strong>: a simple protocol for regulating the autonomic nervous system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guided Breathing<\/strong>: guided breathing sessions to manage stress and improve concentration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These exercises are based on the pillars of the <strong>o2co2<\/strong> method, of which breathing is a central element.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. ACCESS AND USE<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application is accessible to users with an iOS-compatible device.<br\/>It can be used free of charge or by subscription (where applicable).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to use the application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in compliance with the laws in force and with these T&amp;Cs.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
